APAC Pharmaceutical (HK) Limited
Headquartered in Hong Kong, APAC Pharmaceutical (HK) Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated on August 5, 2021, following the integration of China Qianyue Company—founded in 2018—with established operations in Shenzhen, Taizhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, and Shenyang. Incubated by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, physicians, and holders of doctoral degrees in medicine and pharmacy, the company is rooted in a deep commitment to addressing unmet clinical needs. Guided by its founding mission to serve and empower the people, APAC Pharmaceutical is dedicated to original innovation and the development of novel drugs tailored specifically for the Chinese population.

So far, APAC Pharmaceutical (HK) Co., Ltd. has established two wholly-owned subsidiaries in both China and the United States. Zhuhai Hengqin Yancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., located in China Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, is mainly responsible for the research & development of innovative drugs, while its subsidiary in the United States is mainly responsible for the preclinical proof-of-concept (POC), target engagement, proof-of-mechanism (POM).

In addition to the founders, the team also has many scientists and scholars from the pharmaceutical industry in China, Canada, the United States and Japan who have brought their own research results and expertise and are using the "APAC Pharmaceutical" platform to promote innovation.

We focus on the global development of novel first class new drugs such as anti-tumor drugs and geriatric drugs, and have built pipelines for drugs such as non-steroidal analgesics, peptide tumor therapeutic vaccines, bispecific antibodies, chimeric antigen receptor natural killer cell therapy products (CAT-NK), and T cell receptor engineered modified T cell therapy products (TCR-T). The company has signed a comprehensive strategic partnership with China's Tencent to establish an "AI-assisted tumor neoantigen screening technology platform."

The company's development goal in the next two years is to promote two drugs into the clinical trial stage, to utilize Hong Kong's status as a financial center and international investor resources to expand the reach of our products, to raise funds in the international market, and to list onto the main board of Hong Kong. Through effective financing from listing, we will persist in pharmaceutical innovation, and ultimately achieve drug listing and realize the vision of " APAC Pharmaceutical " to benefit mankind.
