Potent Analgesics
Potent Analgesics

The founding team was the first in the world to discover hepoxilins (Hx)—a class of pro-inflammatory precursors—and to map their metabolic pathways, dating back to 1984. Hepoxilins (Hx) are phospholipid-derived mediators produced from arachidonic acid via lipoxygenases, acting as key precursors in inflammatory signaling. They exhibit a broad spectrum of biological activities with therapeutic relevance. Professor Dr. Pace has many patents for stable synthesis of Hxs, and expression of small molecule antagonists of HXs analogs with therapeutic effects. He has published 228 professional articles in world-renowned journals. One of the Hxs analogs was tested strong analgesic effects. Currently it is in the preclinical verification.

Peptide-Based Therapeutic Cancer Vaccines
Peptide-Based Therapeutic Cancer Vaccines

Leveraging insights into cancer prevalence among the Chinese population, we have systematically profiled tumor-specific antigens, shared tumor antigens, and neoantigens across a wide spectrum of malignancies. Our team has successfully simulated, synthesized, and evaluated the bioactivity of over a thousand tumor-associated peptide antigens, including their cytotoxic potential against relevant cancer types. Building on these findings, we are now advancing to preclinical studies targeting several shared peptide antigens across multiple cancer types. These efforts will support our upcoming applications for clinical trial approval, paving the way for further clinical development.

Bispecific Antibody Development
Bispecific Antibody Development

We have independently developed a portfolio of antibodies targeting B cell surface antigen complex receptors, tyrosine kinase receptors, and gastric cancer–specific antigens. Antibody screening and sequence analysis have been successfully completed. We are now leveraging the variable regions of these high-affinity antibodies to engineer bispecific constructs. The next phase will focus on functional validation and candidate selection for further development.

Chimeric Antigen Receptor–Engineered Natural Killer (CAR-NK) Cell Therapy
Chimeric Antigen Receptor–Engineered Natural Killer (CAR-NK) Cell Therapy

We have successfully constructed CAR-NK cells incorporating chimeric antigen receptors derived from NK cell activation factors that are broadly expressed across tumor types. In parallel, we have enhanced conventional CAR-NK designs by integrating cytokines and reporter genes with demonstrated therapeutic efficacy. This next-generation CAR-NK platform is currently undergoing final functional validation in cell lines, with preclinical animal studies anticipated to follow. Clinical trial initiation is expected thereafter.

T Cell Receptor–Engineered T Cell Therapy (TCR-T)
T Cell Receptor–Engineered T Cell Therapy (TCR-T)

We have completed the scanning, selection, synthesis, and engineering of T cell receptors targeting tumor antigens associated with breast cancer, melanoma, and acute myeloid leukemia. Functional assays are currently underway in relevant cell lines to validate therapeutic activity and support the next phase of comprehensive preclinical animal studies.
